Israeli Embassy bounces cheque for transport home of Tom Hurndall's body, murdered by Israeli Army PDF Print E-mail

The family of Tom Hurndall, a British peace activist who was left brain damaged after being shot in the head by an Israeli soldier, says a cheque from the Israeli government to cover his treatment and repatriation costs has bounced. The family waited months for the £8,370, but on receipt the London branch of the Bank of Israel said there were insufficient funds in the government account. The Israeli embassy in London later said it would ensure the family was paid.

Israeli murderer of Palestinians struggles for Tibetan freedom PDF Print E-mail

Gideon Levy in Haaretz

  • The president of the Israeli Friends of the Tibetan People, the psychologist Nahi Alon was involved in the murder of two Palestinians in Gaza in 1967 - as was revealed in Haaretz Magazine last weekend
  • Citizens of a country that is entirely tainted by the occupation - a national, ongoing project that involves all sectors of the population to some extent, directly or indirectly - cannot wash their hands and fight another occupation, when a half-hour from their homes, horrors no less terrible are taking place for which they have much greater responsibility.
  • The Dalai Lama received an honorary doctorate at Ben-Gurion University.
  • In the first years of the Israeli occupation, most Palestinians accepted it submissively, with practically no violence. What did they get as a result? Nothing. The world and Israel cloaked themselves in apathy and callousness. Only when planes started being hijacked in the 1970s did the world begin to notice that a Palestinian problem even existed..
  • The extent of Israeli repression in the territories is much greater today than Chinese repression in Tibet.
  • Nowhere in the world today is there a region more besieged and confined than Gaza. And what is the result? The world calls to boycott the occupier in the case of China, while absurdly, with regard to the Palestinians, the world is boycotting the occupied entity, or at least its elected leadership, and not the occupier. This, it seems, has no parallel in history.
  • German Chancellor Angela Merkel is boycotting the Olympic games but paid an official visit to Israel, where she spoke not one word about the shameful conditions in Gaza under Israeli occupation.

Israeli Army Murdered his Son - Son's Organs Donated to Israelis - Father Now Banned from Israel PDF Print E-mail

12-year-old Ahmed Khatib lived in Jenin Refugee Camp: an Israeli soldier shot Ahmed in the head and body. On his tomb is written:
I am Ahmed from Jenin. I was killed while playing

His organs were transplanted into five Israeli children and a woman aged 58. The parents of the children have promised to try to convince their children to refuse military service.

Ismael, Ahmed’s father said,“It was a message from us to them, a message of peace for them. We are the ones who want peace and love and they are the ones who break their promises and who don't want peace." After speaking to peace groups inside Israel
Ismael is now banned from entering Israel

State Sends Assassins to Poison Opponent on Streets of Foreign Capital PDF Print E-mail

a. A STRONG SUSPICION OF RUSSIAN SECRET SERVICE POISONING: Alexander Litvinenko has died in hospital, possibly the victim of poisoning, possibly because of his opposition to Russia’s brutality in Chechnya, possibly because he revealed possible Russian secret service involvement in the bombing of an apartment building in Moscow. "The cause of Mr Litvinenko’s death is still being investigated," said University College Hospital, London. Scotland Yard said officers were now investigating "an unexplained death".

b. AN OPEN ADMISSION OF ISRAELI SECRET SERVICE POISONING: On 25 September 1997, two Israeli agents injected a mysterious poison into the ear of Khaled Mesha’el in a street in the Jordanian capital, Amman. Two of the death squad were caught by Jordanian police, and King Hussein, a key Israeli ally, threatened to cut diplomatic relations. Israel was forced to send a doctor with an antidote to Amman. The two assassins were using Canadian passports (one in the name of 'Shawn Kendall', a Canadian who worked in Tel Aviv ). Israel was also forced to free Sheik Ahmed Yassin and several dozen Palestinians and Jordanians held in Israeli prisons. The blind, wheelchair-bound Sheikh Yassin was later murdered by Israel.
