Rachel Corrie was killed in Gaza, aged 23, on March 16 2003, by a US-supplied Caterpillar D-9 bulldozer, a vehicle specially built to demolish Palestinian houses. Alan Rickman edited the play My Name is Rachel Corrie, which deals with the short life, that preceded her death while trying to prevent the demolition of a Palestinian home.

Rachel CorriePalestinian homes are routinely destroyed as part of Israel's racist policy of replacing Palestinians with Jewish settlers across the whole of historic Palestine.  My Name is Rachel Corrie is being performed across Scotland during February and March and shouldn't be missed.  It is testimony to the kind of courage and humanity that opposes Israel's violent programme of apartheid and ethnic cleansing.

Below are details of each performance of the play, followed by information on meetings organised by Scottish Palestine Solidarity Campaign to allow those who are sufficiently moved by the play and the crimes against the Palestinian peopleto discuss what action they can take to further the aims that inspired Rachel Corrie and inspires others around the world - freedom for Palestine and solidarity here to hasten that end.
