Cancelling or refunding membership
Cancel a new membership – New members may cancel their membership up to 14 days from their initial joining date. To cancel and receive a refund, please send a written confirmation of your request by email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Membership will be refunded in full, less any bank charges that may be incurred in crediting the payment. Applicable refunds will be credited back as per the original payment method or most recent payment method on the membership record.
Cancellations and subsequent refunds due will be processed by the Membership administration team within 28 working days of us receiving a written cancellation request.
Cancel a renewed membership – Members may cancel a recently renewed membership up to 14 days from their renewal date. Membership will be refunded in full, less any bank charges that may be incurred in crediting the payment. Applicable refunds will be credited back as per the original payment method or most recent payment method on the membership record.
Where a new membership or renewal has been made through a recurring Direct Debit instruction, it is the member’s responsibility to cancel with their financial institution.
Cancellations after the 14 day period – Outside of the 14 day period, we will not issue any refunds.
