DESCRIPTION:Workplace Day of Action for Palestine\nOn Thursday 12 February workers across Scotland are again being called on to take part in a Workplace Day of Action for Palestine. \nFrom local authority pension funds and public contracts to universities\, cultural institutions\, retail\, banking and manufacturing\, Scottish institutions remain entangled in systems that enable Israel’s genocide and apartheid against the Palestinian people. \nThe days of action are about workers organising where we are\, challenging that complicity\, and demanding boycott\, divestment and sanctions (BDS). \nFor your first time taking an action\, we suggest hosting a staff meeting to start conversations about how your workplace is complicit and launch your workplace campaign for Palestine. \nBut\, decide together what action makes sense for your workplace. \nNo action is too small.

This means it helps Israel directly to raise money to fund its genocide and apartheid against Palestinians. \nThe Palestinian BDS National Committee is calling on concerned people to boycott all Barclays services as well as for all financial institutions to divest from Barclays until the bank ends its grave complicity in Israel’s attacks on Palestinians\, \nJoin us for our weekly demonstration at Barclays Bank on Argyle Street.
