SUMMARY:Edinburgh: The Killing of Hind Rajab National Tour
DESCRIPTION:The Killing of Hind Rajab National Tour\nAn art installation which creates a replica of the car in which six-year-old Hind Rajab and her family were killed\, and of the ambulance in which two paramedics were murdered as they attempted to rescue Hind\, will tour four Scottish cities in April.The exhibition\, by Activist artist Doug Crabtree\, aims to raise public awareness of the impact of Israeli military violence and occupation\, calls us to think more closely about what we can do to help end the genocide and bring about a day of liberation\, peace and justice for all PalestiniansThe tour is supported by Edinburgh Gaza Genocide Emergency Committee (EGGEC)\, Friends of Al-Aqsa\, Gaza Genocide Emergency Committee (GGEC\, Glasgow) and the Scottish Palestine Solidarity Campaign.The Killing of Hind Rajab exhibition will be in the following locations during the dates and times listed: \nEdinburgh: Saturday 18 and Sunday 19 April\, Foot of the Mound\, EH2 2HG\, 9am-6pmDundee: Tuesday 21 April\, City Square\, DD1 1SG\, 9am-7pmAberdeen: Wednesday 22 April\, St Nicholas Square\, AB10 1HW\, 12-7pmGlasgow – Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 April\, 98 Buchanan Street\, G1 3HA\, 9am-6pmDonations will be collected for the Hind Rajab Foundation – an organisation established to pursue legal action against individuals responsible for violence against Palestinians.

SUMMARY:Remembering Hind Rajab: Edinburgh Vigil
DESCRIPTION:Candlelight Vigil for Hind Rajab \nWe invite you to join us for a candlelight vigil in memory of Hind Rajab\, held on the second anniversary of her death. \nHind was only five years old when she was murdered by Israeli occupation forces. \nTrapped in a car and pleading for help. She was shot at over 355 times. \nThis vigil will honour her life and the memory of all other Palestinian children killed in the ongoing genocide. \nThe vigil will take place on Thursday\, January 29\, from 6.00pm at the Foot of The Mound. \nDuring the vigil\, we will hold a candle lighting ceremony\, and observe a moment of silence for remembrance and reflection.
