DESCRIPTION:Trial starts on Wednesday 9th July and is due to continue on Friday 11th July – follow SPSC & GGEC for updates. \nPlease gather at Glasgow Sheriff Court at 09.30 on each day of trial. \nTwo Palestine solidarity activists were arrested on 2nd November 2024 at the weekly GGEC protest outside Barclays Bank as it dispersed. One of the accused was targeted for being Palestinian with police demanding her I.D. and faces a charge of breach of the peace. \nThe other was arrested & charged with obstruction for questioning this. \nJoin us. DESCRIPTION:Case Management hearing on Friday 11th July – note the Argyle Street 2 trial is likely to also be continuing at Glasgow Sheriff Court on this date\, follow SPSC & GGEC for updates. \nPlease gather for the hearing support at 13.30. \nSPSC Spokesperson Mick Napier was wrongly arrested from his home Friday 13th June for supposedly breaking his bail conditions which ban him from the section of Argyle Street between Queens Street and Miller Street. He was remanded in custody over the weekend until he was transported to Glasgow Sheriff Court on Monday\, 17th\, where he was also charged with Breach of the Peace.There will be a Case Management hearing on the 11th July to review the PF CCTV evidence in regard to both charges. \nJoin us.
