DESCRIPTION:Fighting Fund Fundraiser: Film screening and food\nJoin us for a screening of the film “Emwas: Restoring Memories” as we explore the Naksa – the forced displacement of hundreds of thousands of Palestinians in 1967\, and a key moment in Israel’s settler colonial project. \nFood will be served from 6.30pm\, with the film starting at 7.00pm\, followed by reflections and discussion. Venue: Quaker Meeting House (98 Crown St). \nFree entry\, but donations very much encouraged as we raise funds for SPSC activists who are facing spurious charges for peaceful protests inside Home Bargains stores in Aberdeen earlier this year.
