DESCRIPTION:Aberdeen has a proud history of fighting racism and fascism. As far-right voices try to divide our communities\, we come together to say: no to racism\, no to hate! \nFrom our streets in Aberdeen to the streets filled with rubble and blood in Gaza and across Palestine\, we stand with people who have endured displacement\, oppression\, and injustice\, yet continue to resist\, organise\, and demand their rights with courage and dignity! \nAround the world millions have risen to challenge these injustices\, marching\, speaking out\, and refusing to stay silent in the face of oppression. That same spirit is here\, in Aberdeen. \nWe march for refugees escaping desperate situations.\nWe march for our neighbours facing racism on our streets.\nWe march for those suffering daily in Palestine\, and in Lebanon\, Syria\, Congo\, Sudan\, and Iran. \nJoin the unity march this Saturday 18th April at 10:30am. \nStand with local campaigners\, trade unions\, faith groups\, and all who believe in a city that welcomes\, not excludes. Together\, we are stronger united. \n  \n
