DESCRIPTION:Edinburgh International Workers’ Memorial Day ceremony takes place at the Memorial Tree in West Princes Street Gardens. \nA wreath will be laid in memory of the thousands of Palestinian workers murdered by Israel \nInternational Workers’ Memorial Day is the day we remember workers across the world who have paid the ultimate price in their workplaces. \nThis may be as a result of health and safety negligence\, or in the case of Palestinian workers\, the deliberate targeting and slaughter of those doing their jobs. \nCome along and help us to “Remember the Dead and Fight for the Living” \nThe memorial tree is adjacent to the lower path\, at the Mound end of the Gardens.
