Who are we?

BADIL Resource Center for Palestinian Residency and Refugee Rights is a respected and leading human rights organisation dedicated to promoting the rights of Palestinian refugees and internally displaced persons (IDPs). Our work focuses on providing critical and accurate knowledge, building a strong solidarity movement, empowering the Palestinian people and enhancing their resistance and resilience.

With your donation, you are contributing to the Palestinian people’s fight for justice, resisting colonial censorship and suppression of our organization and ensuring that the voices of Palestinian refugees and IDPs are heard. Our goal is to raise £50,000, to ensure that our work continues throughout 2024. Thank you for contributing.

Why support BADIL?

BADIL is being defunded because our work:

• Focuses on the root causes: forcible transfer, colonization and apartheid 
• Advocates for the Palestinian right of return  
• Enhances Palestinian sumod (steadfastness) and resistance
• Revitalises a unified Palestinian identity and raises youth voices
• Identifies Israel’s crimes, including genocide, as the machinery of the Ongoing Nakba
• Calls out states for their failure and complicity
