Bloomsbury Theatre Cancels Israeli Army Performance
In another victory for boycott, The Bloombury Theatre, London has cancelled a musical performance by Israeli Army soldiers. (Perhaps for an encore they could have danced on graves.)
The Zionist Federation booked the theatre to celebrate the anniversary of the founding of the Zionist State.
One of the acts was to have been a choir of soldiers from the IDF. After complaints from the public the theatre raised objections to this tasteless act, especially so soon after the Gaza massacre. The Zionist then tried to put the same soldiers on stage in civvies.

Further to my recent email regarding proposed performances
at the Bloomsbury Theatre by an entertainment troupe associated
with The Israel Defence Force, it has now been decided that,
despite assurances that the troupe had been withdrawn from
the line-ups, the events in question will now be cancelled.
Thanks again for your email; I hope to welcome you to an
event at the Bloomsbury Theatre in the future.

Peter Cadley Director
