How can I be sure that Eden Springs UK is an Israeli owned company?

On 8 May 2007 Eden Springs Ltd (Mayanot Eden) announced it was to buy out Groupe Danone in their joint venture. Israel business news (www.globes.co.il) reported that "Eden Springs will pay 86 million for Groupe Danone's 59% holding in Danone Springs of Eden and will pay an additional 10 million for Group Danone's stake in Eden Springs itself." and that "Eden Springs said that it decided on the buyout because Groupe Danone wanted out of the venture."

Bloomberg News also reported on 8 May 2007 that "Groupe Danone SA agreed to sell its majority stake in water-cooler joint venture Danone Springs of Eden BV to Israeli partner Mayanot Eden Ltd." Read full article

Groupe Danone's Interim Financial Statements as at June 30 2007 confirms that in "May 2007, the Group signed an agreement for the sale of its investment in The Danone Springs of Eden, BV (HOD – Europe)" and that "[t]he disposal of The Danone Springs of Eden, BV was completed in July 2007."
