SCOTTISH SECRETARY OF STATE TAKES ON MANDELA & TUTU

In the process of attacking SPSC for standing up for human rights and against Israel's crimes, Scottish Secretary of State, Jim Murphy is quoted in the Jewish Telegraph defending Israel's record:
"I grew up in South Africa and saw the evils of apartheid first-hand. To equate Israel with that vile, racist regime is both ignorant and outrageous."
Scottish Secretary of State Jim Murphy

But what do anti-racists say:

The system preserving this apartheid is more ruthless than that seen in South Africa, where the black were a labor force and could therefore also make a living.
Israeli poet, Yitzhak Laor

"The UN took a strong stand against [South African] apartheid; and over the years, an international consensus was built, which helped to bring an end to this iniquitous system.
But we know too well that our freedom is incomplete without the freedom of the Palestinians".
Nelson Mandela

"Yesterday’s South African township dwellers can tell you about today’s life in the [Palestinian] Occupied Territories." Archbishop Desmond Tutu

"A system of apartheid, with two peoples occupying the same land but completely separated from each other, with Israelis totally dominant and suppressing violence by depriving Palestinians of their basic human rights."
Former US president, Jimmy Carter

Like most Zionists, Murphy also ignores international law.
A study by the Human Sciences Research Council of South Africa (HSRC) found:
"Regarding apartheid, the team found that Israel's laws and policies in the OPT fit the definition of apartheid in the International Convention on the Suppression and Punishment of the Crime of Apartheid. Israeli law conveys privileges to Jewish settlers and disadvantages Palestinians in the same territory on the basis of their respective identities, which function in this case as racialised identities in the sense provided by international law."
