SPSC member Mick Napier is the sole accused, charged with "attending outdoor events" during May 2021 contrary to Covid regulations. The two events were large demonstrations against Israel's escalating crimes and for Palestinian freedom.

This is the latest chapter in Scottish procurators' sinister but fruitless history of legal attacks on campaigners for solidarity with Palestine, including attempts to convict SPSC members for racism.

We fought them and we won, repeatedly.

If you were on those May 2021 mass protests come and demonstrate noisily outside the Chambers Street Court, and quietly but supportively inside.

The defence case rests on *justification* given the nature of Israel's crimes. Palestinians, an Israeli, an arms trade expert, demonstration organisers and others will vigorously contest charges for demonstrating against apartheid Israel during Covid while the ministers who sell arms to the killers were having "bring your own booze" parties.
