ABERDEEN: Join us on Saturday 24th May

In response to a planned meeting of “The Great British Strike” a Reform-backed alt-right mashup, there will be a community event on Broad Street, Aberdeen on Saturday 24 May at 11am, called by Aberdeen Anti-Fascist Alliance.
SPSC is encouraging all our members to join this event. The fight against the rise of the far right in the UK aligns with our fight for the rights of the people of Palestine, and especially Gaza.
We want to support this action. We will take our flags and banners to ensure that the people of Gaza and the West Bank will not be forgotten.
We would also ask you to bring flowers, ribbons etc to redo the memorial outside Marischal College to the children massacred in Gaza in a genocide that continues even today, not just with bombings that wipe out entire families but also with starvation as an act of war. Aberdeen City Council keep removing the memorial but we will not forget the children of Gaza.
The misery continues as Israel still prevents sufficient food aid entering Gaza, even as the UN warns that thousands of children could die of malnutrition in the next few days. Despite this, our UK Labour Government continues to supply arms and military support to Israel.
This is a way to keep up the pressure for BDS and to ensure the people of Palestine are never forgotten.
