Dishonest Zio-lawyer pays damages awarded to Scottish Palestine Solidarity Campaign

After stalling and refusing to pay up, Glasgow Friends of Israel's Matthew Berlow was visited by legal enforcement officers last Tuesday (Oct 29) and immediately made a bank transfer to SPSC of the sum awarded in April 2023 by the Scottish Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal (SSDT).

SPSC will use this sum to finance a forthcoming pamphlet on the dirty tricks employed by the pro-Israel lobby and their allies in Scotland in their incessant efforts to try to silence pro-Palestine voices. (A foreward will thank Mr Berlow and racist Glasgow Friends of Israel for their involuntary donation.)

With the many others in the pro-Israel cross-hairs SPSC will continue to defy the current McCarthyism. As we said to lawyers for the racist JNF (Jewish National Fund) when they demanded damages from us, "hell will freeze over" before we buckle to the pressure from the pro-Israel genocide supporters.

You are invited to Glasgow Sheriff Court on February 12 next year when SPSC member Mick Napier will face charges of 'anti-semitism' for denouncing Glasgow Friends of Israel (founded by a disgraced Christian fundamentalist) for the racist, genocide-enablers they are. They will face an intensive grilling in court for their vile activities
